How do I use the app?

Enter your origin and destination to get an estimated taxi fare. You can also use the real-time tracking mode during your ride to see the fare calculated live based on the official Israeli taxi tariff.

How accurate are the fare estimates?

Moniton calculates fares based on the official Israeli taxi tariff rates set by the Ministry of Transportation. Actual fares may vary slightly due to traffic conditions and route differences.

Does the app work without an internet connection?

The real-time tracking feature works with GPS only. However, route estimation and address lookup require an internet connection.

Google Play subscriptions (Android)

Manage or cancel

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used to subscribe.
  2. Tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  3. Select Moniton to manage the subscription, or tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.

Restore

Sign in to Google Play with the Google account used to subscribe. Open Moniton's premium screen and tap Restore Purchases. Moniton may also recognize an active subscription automatically.

App Store subscriptions (iPhone and iPad)

Manage or cancel

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  3. Select Moniton to manage the subscription, or tap Cancel Subscription.

Restore

Sign in with the Apple Account used to subscribe. Open Moniton's premium screen and tap Restore Purchases.
